Mexico is recertified in the hallmarks of Social and Family Responsible Company

This hallmark defines a socially responsible company (SRC) as one whose operations are economic, social and environmental sustainable, recognizing the interests of the various groups to which it interacts and looking for the preservation of the environment and the sustainability for future generations.

It is a vision of business that integrates the respect for persons, ethical values, the community and the environment with the management of the company.

For its part, the hallmark of family-friendly company (FRC) certifies that the company is promoting good labor practices in the areas of equity of gender, prevention and combats workplace violence and sexual harassment, as well as actions and policies to encourage workers to meet their family responsibilities.

Tradecorp Mexico has 6 years the hallmark of SCR and 5 years FRC. Receive recertification assumes that we already have integrated this culture in the company and its processes.
